12.2. However, the cost of services ordered by the user will not be changed, and the service undertakes to fulfill the user's order or cancel it, refunding the paid funds to the user's balance in the service's system.
12.3. The cost of services becomes publicly available to the user after the price change.
12.4. The user can familiarize themselves with the current price stated in the title and description of the service, as well as the final price of the service when placing an order.
13.1. The user agrees that once an order is placed on the service and it enters the processing stage, such an order cannot be canceled.
13.2. An order may be unilaterally canceled by the Service in accordance with the reasons listed in section 13.3, as per the User Agreement.

17.2.2. The service execution speed may be 100 executions per day, even if 10,000 executions per day are indicated.
17.3. Orders cannot be canceled due to the user's disagreement with the actual service execution speed.

1.1. A refund request submitted by the user through the SmmPanelUS ticket system will be reviewed by the project's accounting department within up to 28 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
1.2. The total refund period for funds in the user's personal account balance, from the time the request is submitted in the ticket system, can be up to 56 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
2.1. The user is fully responsible for fees and other charges associated with fund withdrawal. Detailed information about such fees and charges is provided in section 5 "Service and Payment System Fees" of this agreement.
3.1. In accordance with the legislation of the jurisdiction in which SmmPanelUS operates, a refund of funds in the user's personal account balance is only possible using the method and account number used for the initial deposit.
3.2. Refunds to other electronic wallets, cryptocurrency wallets, or bank cards different from those initially used for the deposit are not processed.
3.3. Refunds of funds in the user's personal account balance using a different method other than the initial deposit method are possible only through the funds exchange service.
3.4. Refunds for funds topped up in previous tax periods are not provided.
3.5. The conversion of funds will be carried out at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia on the day of balance replenishment.
4.1. The user can use the funds exchange service to return funds from their personal account balance using a method different from the initial deposit method. The cost of the exchange service is 20% of the exchange amount, but not less than $50 USD.
4.2. The user is responsible for paying the commission fees of acquiring systems and exchange points that may arise during the funds exchange processes.
4.3. The funds exchange service is processed within up to 7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
5.1. When withdrawing funds from the user's account balance, a one-time system commission fee of 13% is deducted, which includes fund stability, currency volatility, and the time funds are held in the SmmPanelUS balance.
5.2. If the user used cryptocurrency to top up their personal account balance, an additional 20% fee is deducted due to cryptocurrency market volatility and unstable cryptocurrency coin prices.
5.3. In the case of inactivity for more than 180 days or absence of visits within a fiscal year, an additional fee of 15% is charged.
5.4. An additional fee of 0.03% of the total amount is charged from each user for each day of inactivity (lack of activity is defined as the absence of placing an order). These funds cover fluctuations in exchange rates and the costs of storing funds on the service's balance.
6.1. The refund of funds credited to the user's personal account balance using cryptocurrency is only processed through trusted exchange points with which SmmPanelUS has an agreement. Withdrawal of funds using other exchange points suggested by the user, is not supported.
6.2. The user is responsible for the commission fees charged by exchange points and agrees to pay them in accordance with the refund conditions.
6.3. The cryptocurrency price on the trusted SmmPanelUS exchange point may differ from the market price announced by official cryptocurrency rate sources against the dollar.
7.1. Application processing time: Applications for withdrawal of funds deposited through the Russian internet acquiring YooKassa are processed within up to 7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
7.2. Funds withdrawal time: After approval of the withdrawal request by the project's accounting department, the withdrawal time depends on YooKassa and general banking rules, and may take up to 14-28 business days. Please note that this process is beyond our control.
7.3. Withdrawal method: Funds are withdrawn through the same channel used for balance replenishment. Change of withdrawal method is not provided.
7.4. Withdrawal fee: A service internal commission of 13% is charged for fund withdrawals, additionally 0.03% of the amount for each day of inactivity. These funds cover exchange rate fluctuations and expenses for storing funds on the service's balance.
7.5. Additional fee: In case of inactivity for more than 180 days or absence of visits during the accounting year, an additional fee of 15% is charged. This is necessary to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation regarding fund refunds (https://www.cbr.ru/currency_base/daily/).
7.6. Currency conversion: Funds will be converted at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia on the day of balance replenishment. To view current currency exchange rates, please visit the website of the Central Bank of Russia.
8.1. Financial responsibility: The user is fully responsible for paying the fees for deposit and withdrawal of funds.
8.2. Bonus deduction: Before withdrawing funds from the balance, all previously issued bonuses will be automatically deducted.
8.3. Refunds for funds topped up in previous tax periods are not provided.
8.4. The conversion of funds will be carried out at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia on the day of balance replenishment.
