The platform in detail
An SMM platform for agencies and teams
SmmPanelUS is an independent platform built to handle volume. Agencies and marketing teams place orders for many clients at once with mass order, instead of filling one form at a time. You paste a list of rows — one tool ID, one link, one quantity per line — and the platform reads, checks and runs the whole batch together. Work for different clients goes in the same submit.
Before anything launches, mass order shows you the order count, the total quantity and any lines with a format problem, so mistakes are caught before you submit, not after money moves. A format fixer turns a list pasted from any source into clean rows. Note lines that start with a hash let you label batches by client or campaign; they are skipped on submit. You can import a list from a .txt or .csv file, build rows with the in-page builder, set or multiply quantities in bulk, remove duplicates, and find-and-replace across the whole list.
One account, many clients
You do not need a separate account per client. One agency account holds a shared balance, and orders for every client run from it. Each tool has its own page with the start time, the limits, and whether gradual delivery or refill is available, so you can match the right tool to each brief. For recurring work, subscriptions repeat an action on a schedule.
How a batch is built
The line format is plain: a tool ID, a separator, the link, then the quantity. The builder writes those rows for you from a tool ID, a set of links and a fixed or random quantity, so you do not format by hand. A cost calculator reads the rate and your row count and shows the estimated total next to your balance before you commit. Nothing is sent until you submit; comment lines and empty lines are stripped automatically at that point.
Tracking and history
Every order lands in one history with its status, searchable and detailed per order. That gives you a single place to report from across all your clients. SmmPanelUS does not promise a specific outcome on the networks you work with; it delivers what each tool describes, under the terms shown before you order. Support answers 10:00–23:00 SGT, and the platform has run since 2021.
Funding is one balance for the whole team, topped up to match your volume; there is no subscription, and you pay per order at the rate shown on each tool. The same protective terms apply to every batch, and they are shown before you order, not buried after.
If you automate from your own systems, the resellers page covers the API in more depth. If you mostly run your own accounts, the creators page covers single ordering, gradual delivery and refill. To start, create an agency account, fund a shared balance and open mass order.
